16. Language
In the event of any discrepancy between the French and English versions of the website content, including this policy, the French version shall take precedence.
17. Priority of Contracts
Any provision of any contract or specific agreement between Finova and you that is inconsistent with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or the provisions of the Confidentiality Policy shall take precedence over the latter provisions.
